It doesn’t take a clinical study saying sex energizes you, that you can pick up from experience. And just like the old commercial for milk says, it really does do the body good.

Having sex is not just for the young but for any age, as long as you’re careful, if you’re dealing with any health issue, sex is not a restriction to anyone. One of the good things that come about when having sex is exercise. Exercise in any form should be a part of your agenda to stay fit and healthy.

Whoever said having sex is only for the young, really have no idea of what their talking about. Sex in your fifties and sixties is sensational. Not only does it feel great, but the benefits are many. Maybe I should be careful when I say this but, do it, do it over and over again!

If you are having relationship issues, this could weigh heavily on you feel hurt or maybe even depressed, which takes its toll on your desire to indulge in sexual activity. You could have simply fallen out of love with your mate and just don’t want to give them what they want.

As you age, hormones and chemicals in your body have a tendency to cause the vagina to become dry. Even though you have urges, the discomfort from performing sex is a turn off and you rather not feel the pain of entry.
